About Fairfax Community Church
About Us
In 1986 Rod Stafford and his wife, Donna, moved to Fairfax, Virginia to pastor a church to reach the next generation for Christ. Over the last twenty years, Fairfax Community Church has grown from one hundred to nearly two thousand attenders. In order to increase its capacity for Kingdom impact, the church built a new facility on Braddock Road in 2005.

Fairfax Community Church is now writing the next chapter in its story. Located just outside of our nation’s capital, the congregation is uniquely positioned to not only have an impact in this community but in the world. The strategy is simple but compelling. Create relevant environments where people are equipped and empowered to love God and love others. We want to mobilize thousands of passionate Christ-followers to give their lives away in service to God and have a transforming impact on every aspect of culture.

And, that’s what Fairfax Community Church is all about. So what can you expect? A casual atmosphere with passionate worship, creative media, messages you can take with you, an amazing children’s center, and a wi-fi coffee shop.

Whatever your circumstances—single, married, single again, with or without children—and no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, you matter to God and you will experience the difference here.
