Haiti Global Impact Trip Participant Chris Dias:  "Everyone has seen pictures of Haiti and what the earthquake has done to buildings there, but actually seeing and witnessing the aftermath of it first hand makes it so real. I would walk through the streets speechless, and if you know me at all, I’m rarely at a loss for words..." CLICK to finish.

Lebanon Global Impact Trip Participant Darla Bardine: "I have worked with Christian organizations before, but never before have I worked with a Christian organization that truly allowed the Holy Spirit to direct their work like Heart for Lebanon does..." CLICK to finish.

Lebanon Global Impact Trip Participant Aisha Hussain: "I can still smell the fresh breeze of the Mediterranean and the feel of the crazy traffic in Lebanon. Saying "I miss it" is a big understatement. Of the three languages I speak, none of them can summarize the healing and beautiful witnesses of God's beauty on the streets of downtown Beirut..." Urbana 2009 Participant Stephen Falke: "Urbana 09 was a wonderful experience and time of learning through which God spoke to me and taught me so much.  This experience combined with a few other recent events in my life, constitute what I sincerely consider to be a turning point in my life, and I do not use that phrase that lightly. ..."  CLICK to finish.

Lebanon Global Impact Trip Participant Bridget Wagner: "I'll share what impacted me the most. Home visits. WOW! But…it is a true statement whether I feel it or not." CLICK to finish.

Kenya Global Impact Trip Participant and FCC staff Andy Gingrich: "Betwen those 15 hours in Amsterdam and on the last leg of my journey home, my mind moved in and out of reflection on what truly was impressed on me during my brief stay in Kenya. Ok, there's really none of that, but there is a lot of cool stuff which I hope can be as inspiring to you as it was to me. The purpose in writing this is to educate and inspire you as to what God is doing elsewhere in the world . . . " CLICK HERE to finish.

A Word from Brad Prescott, IT volunteer to the Dominican Republic: "Wow!  What an experience!  Having spent a couple of years living and studying (and even working a little bit) in Mexico, I thought I might have an idea about what I was in for... and I knew enough to realize that it would not be totally predictable.  And my lovely wife being from South America (Peru), I think she thought she knew what I was getting into better than I did.  We were both wrong :-)" CLICK HERE to read more.
