MEN'S JAMES CLUBS

The James Club is a group of men working through the Twelve Steps to overcome a variety of issues. The James Club meets on Tuesday nights from 7-8:30pm. Several of the group members meet for dinner prior to the meeting.

Before Alcoholics Anonymous had a name they thought of calling themselves the James Club because of the amount of time they used to spend reading from the Book of James. Our James Club originally formed from a group of men that came from the Restoration's Friday night  Men's Sexual Addiction Group. However, the group is now open to any men interested in using Biblical principles to deal with any life issue. The group uses AA's Big Book, and the Twelve  Steps and Twelve Traditions (Tuesday group may also use SA's White Book) along with audio files from Joe & Charlie's Bringing the Big Book to Life, to work the Twelves Steps together as a group. These are extremely dynamic groups and we dig deep into one another's lives. If you're ready to take any measures to be free from the bondage of slavery to your sin, join the James Club!

If you'd like to join, please contact Eric at ericnickle@fairfax.cc or call 703-745-1051.

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts. ~Acts 2:46
