Rod provides the Biblical vision and leadership for Fairfax Community Church. He oversees its daily spiritual and business affairs, and he provides oversight and direction to all staff and ministry leaders. Rod is the primary teacher at our weekend worship services. He is married to Donna Stafford and is the father of Kora & Zach.
