Care often begins with invitation.
Every person longs to be seen, welcomed, and reminded that they belong. Sometimes God uses the simplest moments—a conversation after church, an invitation for coffee, a shared meal, or an open seat at the table—to create meaningful connection and communicate His love.
GATHER is a Care Ministry workshop designed to help us rediscover hospitality as a powerful expression of care. Together, we will explore how intentional invitation and simple acts of welcome can create spaces where people feel noticed, valued, and connected.
Through teaching, personal stories, table conversations, and practical ideas, participants will be encouraged and equipped to:
- Recognize hospitality as a ministry of care
- Move from waiting for someone else to reach out to becoming someone who notices and invites
- Create simple opportunities for connection and belonging
- Build a church culture where people feel welcomed, remembered, and loved
You do not need a perfect home, elaborate plans, or a special gift for hospitality. You simply need a willingness to make room for others.
Join us as we discover how one invitation, one conversation, and one open seat can become the beginning of a life-changing connection.
Because hospitality is more than welcoming people into a space it is creating space for people to experience the love of Christ.
