Gathering, Listening, Sharing
Come hear compelling stories of hope as we gather to explore the stories that shape us, connect us, and remind us of God’s grace at work in ordinary lives. Those who come will be active participants for the three weeks we gather.
Every person carries a story. Some chapters are filled with joy and celebration. Others carry seasons of uncertainty, loss or unexpected change. Yet woven through every story are moments where hope appears—sometimes quietly, sometimes through the presence of another person, and often in ways we don’t recognize until we look back.
At the Table of Grace is a three-week storytelling experience where we will listen deeply, reflect honestly, and discover how God meets us in the stories we live.
Week One: Listening to Stories of Hope
September 15 | 7:00–8:30 p.m.
We begin by gathering around the stories of others.
Come listen to a collection of carefully curated stories from people in our community—stories of challenge, courage, faith, healing, and hope. Through their experiences, we will be reminded that no one walks alone and that God is often present in the ordinary moments of life.
As we listen, we will reflect on the power of story:
- How do the stories of others help us see our own lives differently?
- Where have we experienced moments of grace?
- What stories of hope have shaped us?
Week Two: Learning to Tell Your Story Well
September 22 | 7:00–8:30 p.m.
Every story matters. This evening invites us to discover and share the meaningful moments that have shaped our own journeys.
Through guided exercises and conversation, we will explore how to tell our stories with honesty, humility, and hope. You will learn how to identify the heart of your story, reflect on what you have learned, and share in a way that connects with others.
You do not need a dramatic story. You simply need a life you have lived.
Together, we will discover that our stories are gifts—not because they are perfect, but because they reveal where grace has met us along the way.
Week Three: Gathering Around the Table
September 29 | 7:00–8:30 p.m.
Stories are meant to be shared in community.
We conclude our time together by gathering around the table for dinner, conversation and more storytelling. In the warmth of a shared meal, participants will have the opportunity to tell their own stories, listen to the stories of others, and experience the connection that happens when we make space for one another.
At the table, we remember:
- We are known and loved.
- Our stories matter.
- Hope grows when it is shared.
- God is present in every season of life.
Join us for At the Table of Grace: Stories of Hope—a time to listen, reflect, and discover the ways grace has been woven through the stories we carry.
Registration is for all three weeks.
