Because of the COVID virus, many of us are experiencing increased feelings of anxiety in our daily lives. You may be coping with effects of depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar, or other similar conditions. If you sometimes feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life and wonder how you will keep moving forward, this group is for you.

People who understand the unique issues you are dealing with will facilitate this group, as participants encourage and support each other. We will learn to live life to the fullest.
