On July 4 and 5, we will hold four drive-in worship services in addition to each of our normal online worship services. Here’s what you can expect:
Fairfax, we can’t wait to see you again!
Parking & Registration
Pre-registration is required for each service so we can ensure we do not go over the capacity of our limited parking spots, which will accommodate cars at 50% capacity. Parking attendants will guide cars into open slots and direct traffic flow.
You are welcome to bring lawn chairs and sit outside of your car within your parking space. Please keep appropriate distance from others not in your party. All attendees are required to wear masks outside of your car. No tents and tailgating allowed.
Our services will be broadcast with a sound system projecting to the parking area. You will also have the option to tune in your car radio to a station where you can broadcast inside your car.
Safety & Accommodations
Attendees, please self-screen before attending a service. Anyone experiencing a fever, cough, or other COVID-19 symptoms should not attend.
We will have a small, socially-distanced seating area in front for those who may have impeded sight lines. Ushers will be seating in this area on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Restrooms will be open in the building. They will be limited to 2 individuals at a time and we will disinfect restrooms often. Entering the building will be limited to necessary restroom use only. The Great Room Coffee Shop will not be open at this time.
Fairfax Kids & Students
While there will be no direct children’s programming on-site, we welcome families to register and enjoy our drive-in service together. Families can also continue to participate in the weekend service videos with their parents which will still continue to be offered online.
Our Student Ministries will be holding an outside Hangar service for middle school and high school students Sunday, July 5 at 5:00pm. We hope to see many of our Hub and Hangar students there!
