Many of us are living with mild to moderate mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar, etc. If you sometimes feel overwhelmed by the challenges of life and wonder how you will keep moving forward, this may be the group for you. People who understand the unique issues you face will facilitate this group as the participants encourage and support each other as we all seek to live life to the fullest.
