The loss of a loved one may be the most difficult time you will ever have to live through. Friends and neighbors don’t know what to say, and often err on the side of avoiding you altogether. This can lead to feelings of loneliness and despair. You may have these feelings even months or years after your loved one has passed.
Our Grief to Peace group will help you to better understand the roller coaster of emotions you’re going through. The facilitators are very familiar with, and have extensive training in, helping people move through the grieving process. Talking with others who are experiencing the same feelings as you can help and comfort as you heal from your loss.
You will never forget your loved one, but you can heal and feel whole again.
We have both an ongoing support group that meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month AND a 6-Week class that meets every Thursday beginning January 28.
