Selah Women’s Care Group

Selah (SAY-lah), a Hebrew word found throughout the Psalms, calls us to slow down, reflect, and let truth settle gently. In this group, we honor each woman’s pace, create safety for each story, and make room for God’s restoring presence.

Selah Women’s Group is a safe place for women to rebuild their lives with dignity and support. The name reminds us that healing is a slow, upward movement, something God cultivates in us gently, one honest step at a time. In this community, we learn to release what is not ours to carry, strengthen what has grown weary, and rise again through God’s restoring presence. Together we practice honesty, compassion, acceptance, and perseverance as we walk toward healing and wholeness.
