Managing Holiday Stress

Are you dreading the holidays? Life changes, transitions, difficult family members, the stress of managing time and relationships can leave us unsure of how to navigate the holidays. You are not alone! Come listen to Marianne Coad as she delves into this issue and offers some great advice and helpful coping mechanisms. You will also have a chance to talk with others who have had or are now experiencing, feelings similar to you. This workshop will help you find the strength you need as together, we explore ways to approach the holidays with hope.
Marianne Coad has a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has over 20 years experience and is an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples Counseling, and Adolescents.
Marianne has gained expertise in treating trauma with both civilians and Military Service Members and is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidenced-based treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress. She has won many awards including Military and Family Life Counselor of the Year.
