The heart of Fairfax Kids is to love kids and see them raised to life in Christ.

  • Service Times: 9, 10:30am & 12pm. First time? We’d love to meet you! Come 15 minutes early so we can get you checked in and ready to go.
  • Location: 11451 Braddock Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.
  • What to Expect: Fun, Small Groups, Creative Teaching, and Worship.
  • Age: Birth to 6 grade.

What to expect on Sunday morning.

⏱ Before You Arrive

  • Arrive 15 minutes early
    This allows time to complete the check in process and take you child to their classroom.

  • Leave toys and electronics in the car
    We have games and toys for free play.

  • Have a child with special needs?
    Let us know ahead of time at kids@fairfax.cc and we’ll make sure your child is taken care of.

🖥️ Check-In Process

  • Use Online Pre‑Check‑In (only for returning families).
    Register online to skip the line. You’ll receive a QR code to scan on arrival.

  • Secure tag system
    You’ll get two matching tags—one for your child and one for you. These are required for pick-up.

  • Special needs or allergies?
    Let us know during check-in or email us ahead of time at kids@fairfax.cc. We’ll do our best to accommodate your child’s unique needs.

🙌 During the Service

  • Safe, welcoming environment
    Our classrooms are age-appropriate, inclusive, and led by trained volunteers.

  • Engaging, faith-based learning
    Kids will enjoy music, games, and Bible stories tailored to their age and stage of development.

  • Snacks & allergies
    Please feed your child before arriving. The only snack we offer is Cheerios for children 2 and under. If your child has any food allergies, let us know at check-in or email us ahead of time at kids@fairfax.cc.

  • Need to be reached?
    If your child needs you, their unique security code will appear on every broadcast screen across all of our spaces — so no matter where you are, you won’t miss it.

✅ After the Service

  • Tag-matching for pick-up
    For safety, you must present your tag to pick up your child. No tag = no pick-up (don’t worry—we’ll help you if one gets lost).

  • Updates from our team
    If anything notable happens during the service (like a potty accident or special moment), we’ll let you know when you pick up.

  • Questions or feedback?

Serve With Fairfax Kids

Join a team that’s helping kids grow in faith through small groups, and creative Bible storytelling.

Whether you’re greeting families, leading a group, or caring for little ones, you’ll make a lasting impact each week. We provide training and support every step of the way—come be part of something meaningful!

Available Roles

Not at all! We provide training and support to help you feel confident and equipped in your role.

We have opportunities to serve with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary-aged kids. You can let us know your preference!

You can choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rotations—whatever works best with your schedule.

Because we work with children, all volunteers must pass a background check for the safety of our kids and families.
