Fairfax Kids
Our heart is to see kids fall in love with Jesus and come to know His incredible love for them! Join the Fairfax Kids team as we seek to create a fun and engaging environment where children learn about Jesus. We want kids to leave church every weekend knowing how much Jesus loves them!
Every weekend we meet guests who attend in-person or watch online who need to hear and experience the hope found in Jesus. As the Hospitality team, our goal is to create a comfortable, warm and welcoming environment where they can encounter the presence of Christ. We are looking for high-energy, warm and caring people to join our team. Join us as we strive to make Fairfax feel like home for each and every person!

Life has many transitions and difficulties that arise. Our Community Care team is specifically trained to walk beside those facing adversity and challenges. Whether it's grief, illness, addiction, depression, broken relationships, personal sin, family dysfunction, or a host of other issues, we serve to meet with and support others on their journey of hope, healing, and spiritual renewal.
Our heart as a ministry is to create an atmosphere of worship online and in-person so people can encounter Jesus in a real and personal way. Join us as we seek to use our creative gifts to lead the church in glorifying God for who He is through praise and worship.

Wherever Jesus went, he offered good news to the poor, freedom for the prisoners, recovery of sight for the blind, and he changed the story for all of them. Our Resource Center team seeks to do this work in our community – to be true agents of change and transformation. Join us to manage our Resource Center, serve in the community, explore new ways to raise awareness, advocate for the marginalized, and love our neighbors well.
Our goal is to build up and equip Christ-centered communities who seek to know God and one another while practicing the way of Jesus together. Fairfax Groups leaders, coaches, hosts and those behind the scenes are vital in carrying out our mission. Join us as we seek to make disciples who center their lives on being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus and living out Christ’s mission of restoration in the world.

Student Ministries is looking for adults to model an authentic walk with Christ and go above and beyond to love students. We want to come alongside students to be there in their hardest moments and celebrate their biggest wins. Join us as we strive to create an environment where students can connect to Jesus, live in a deep community with one another and be sent out into the world to love and serve others.
Transit is a community of single young adults who are aged 18-28. Our team of hosts and young adult leaders are vital in carrying out our mission to create communities of young adults who seek to know God and one another while practicing the way of Jesus together.
