Growing Together: Spiritual Foundations for Kids & Their GrownUps
We want nothing more than for the kids we love to have a relationship with Jesus that is built on a firm foundation of faith. And even though their words and actions might make you think otherwise sometimes, they are watching how grownups have built that foundation into life to help them decide how to build theirs. Growing Together: Spiritual Foundations for Kids and their Grownups is an opportunity to work on the foundation together.
Kids and Their Grownups will learn and practice together as they explore foundational discipleship practices. For our early elementary schoolers (Kindergarten through 2nd grade), we’re offering Prayer 101, an experiential time to explore what prayer is and the different ways we can talk to God. For upper elementary (3rd-6th grade) we’re doing Bible 101. We’ll help kids learn their way around the Bible, and also work through studying a passage of scripture together to give them experience with a method they (and you!) can use anytime. Join us (with a kid or two you love) for the first Growing Together: Spiritual Foundations for Kids and their Grownups on November 14th at 6:30!
