At Fairfax Church, we believe in expanding the Kingdom of God in every area of culture. Fairfax Business Accelerator (FBA) is our ministry dedicated to supporting and nurturing the business community and entrepreneurial spirit within our congregation.

Whether you’re venturing into for-profit or non-profit endeavors as a start-up entrepreneur or you’ve been a business leader for decades, we are a community of believers committed to learning, growing, and developing both vision and practical skills when it comes to seeing God’s impact in our day-to-day work.

Our purpose is to empower members of our congregation to bridge the gap between their faith and what God has called them to do in a secular world. We foster an environment where your business goals align with a greater calling, and where success is measured not just financially but by the impact on the Kingdom of God.

Are you trying to figure out how to connect your work with your faith? Are you searching for a way to make an impact in your channel of culture? Are you looking for other people with similar passions?

Fairfax Incubator is a 6-week intensive mentorship program designed to help you identify and clarify your ideas, get connected with passionate thought leaders and mentors, and help you take kingdom ideas and move them into kingdom realities!

Fairfax Pitch Night
Next Pitch Night in 2027

Pitch Night gives people with a Kingdom business, non-profit or entrepreneurial idea a platform to share their vision and needs with the larger community. At Pitch Night, individuals within our entrepreneurial community apply to present their Kingdom business or idea in a “shark-tank” style format.

This event is an opportunity for our larger church community to witness the incredible work being pioneered by our entrepreneurs to further God’s Kingdom. Whether you’d like to partner, mentor or just listen, we’d love to have you cheer on our entrepreneurs at Pitch Night in next spring!
