Our 5-week Grief and Loss is a supportive group where understanding souls come together to embrace the roller coaster of emotions that grief brings. Whether your loss occurred recently or years ago, our compassionate facilitators, equipped with extensive training in grief counseling, will guide you through the healing process with warmth and empathy.
Within this safe and nurturing environment, you will find solace in connecting with others who share similar experiences, allowing mutual understanding to pave the way to healing. Engaging in heartfelt conversations with those who genuinely comprehend your feelings can provide the comfort and companionship you need as you take steps towards renewal.
Group will meet on Tuesdays at 7pm (September 19, 26, October 3, 17, 24 – not meeting on Oct 10).
