Do you find yourself easily angered? Or silently arguing in your head? Join us to discover where that anger comes from, what to do with it, and what God says about anger.
This 5-week, in-person group offers a safe place to explore the roots of anger and find healing in God’s grace. Through discussion and reflection, we’ll learn tools to manage emotions and restore relationships.
Group meets on Tuesdays from 7-8:30pm beginning October 14.
