Book of Galatians

Day 32

READ Galatians 5:13-15
You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” If you bite and devour each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.

COMMENTARY:
In these verses, Paul exhorts the Galatians to use their freedom in Christ to serve one another in love. He warns against using freedom as an opportunity for the flesh but encourages them to walk in the Spirit and fulfill the law of love. Paul emphasizes the importance of loving one another and warns against divisions and strife.

Questions to ponder:

  • Reflect on the importance of loving one another and maintaining unity in the body of Christ. How can you contribute to unity and peace in your community?
  • Take some time to pray and ask God to help you walk in the Spirit, serving others in love and promoting unity in the body of Christ.
