Care | FlexibleThe Helps Team strives to respond to a variety of individual needs. The type of help needed is typically a simple move, food delivery or maybe a simple home repair. The requests vary depending on the need.

Lay Counselor
Care | FlexibleCare for individuals who need someone to walk alongside them for a season. A lay counselor goes through extensive training through the Lay Counseling Institute. We need to look for counselors who are: men, women, couples, persons of color and those fluent in Spanish and Korean.
Requirements: Background Check, Confidentiality Agreement, Leadership Covenant, Over 18 Years Old
